Player Donation Form Fall 2024 

Please donate or raise funds for your player.

JV/Varsity player in the amount of $100.00, $50.00 for your JFK player, .  

It is our hope that these funds will cover:

All player awards (JFK, JV, Varsity)

Kicks for Cancer T shirts all players

Coaches Gifts End of Season

Senior Scholarships (Amount of players and amount of scholarship tbd based on funds collected)

Senior Jerseys

*To Be Determined- We would like the funds to also help offset the costs of the end of season dinner(your player and guest cost would be reduced)This will be determined based on collections. We did this the last couple of years  and had amazing turn outs, we would like to do this again!
